1. What kind of materials can be stored in these tanks?

These tanks will be available for storing crude oil, diesel, engine oil, jet fuel, naptha, bitumin, paraffin wax, all kinds of liquid chemicals and chemical derivatives.

2. Is there are any import or export duties for tanking?

Since the project is situated in the Hamariya Free Trade Zone, there is no import or export duties on the products that are stored and re-exported out of HFTZ. However if the products are transported into UAE, then the prevailing Government duties on the products would be applicable.

3. Who should be contacted for our tankage requirements?

4. What kind of legal formalities would have to be completed for using the storage facilities?

A lease agreement would have to be entered into which would specify the period of use of the tanks, the lease rate per MT and a security deposit amount, as well as the other general contract clauses of the trade.

5. Would you help in sourcing oil, chemicals and its derivatives for our requirements?

Yes, we can help you source all the above mention oil, chemicals and its derivatives from the Middle Eastern countries and Iran at very competitive rates.

6. Would you help in marketing our oil, chemicals and its derivatives stocks?

Yes, we can help you to market all the above mention oil, chemicals and its derivatives products to countries such as India, Pakistan, Srilanka, Bangladesh and China.

7. Do you have vessels for transporting the products?

By December 2007, we would have our own oil and chemical tanker for sea transport and oil and chemical tankers for land transport.

8. Will your lease rates be competitive?

Yes, our rates would be very competitive and attractive compared to the prevailing market rates and we are always open to negotiation so that our customers are fully benefited by associating with us.

9. What are the visa formalities for coming down to HFTZ?

There are two kinds of visas for entering the UAE, namely, a Tourist visa issued for 14 days and a Visit visa issued for two months. We will help you in procuring any of the above two visas of your choice.
